Mark Rabon

President

Mark graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and again in 1994 with a Master of Science Degree, both in Forest Management. In 1990, while continuing to work on this postgraduate degree, Mark joined International Paper Company as a staff forester and a computer systems support specialist for the Northeast Region. In 1994, Mark transferred to IP’s Ticonderoga Woodlands Office as a field forester. In 1995, Mark became an Independent Contractor providing forestry related services, including GIS and GPS mapping, to private and industrial landowners. In December of 1996, Mark joined Mead Paper’s Androscoggin District as an Operations Forester and later as an Area Planning Forester. In the Fall of 2000, Mark joined Hancock Land Company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. In the Winter of 2007, Mark partnered with others at Hancock Land Company to establish the separate company of Integrated Forest Management, where he serves as the President. Mark is a licensed forester in the State of Maine and holds the designation of Certified Forester from the Society of American Foresters.

Jay Braunscheidel

Vice President Forestry

Jay graduated from the Ranger School in Wanakena, New York with an Associates degree in Forest Technology in 1994. After graduation, Jay continued his education at the main campus of SUNY ESF in Syracuse, New York. In 1997, Jay finished his Dual Bachelors degree in Natural Resource Management and Forest Biology as a Forester intern with Mead Paper in Rumford, Maine. He then spent the next six years there operating in a variety of roles from Operations Forester to a planning role as an Area Forester. Then in 2003, when Mead sold their New England forestland, Jay transitioned with the land to Wagner Forest Management where he served as an Operations Forester. Jay joined the Hancock Land team in April of 2004 and was responsible for various projects as well as forest operations. In the Winter of 2007, Jay partnered with others at Hancock Land Company to establish the separate company of Integrated Forest Management, where he serves as a Vice President of Forestry.

Jeremy Stultz

Vice President Forestry

Maine and New Hampshire Licensed Professional Forester

Jeremy is a 2000 graduate of the University of Maine’s Orono campus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management. Following completion of his degree he started work for the Mead Corporation. While remaining employed in association with the paper mill in Rumford Maine for five and a half years, Jeremy served in several capacities through corporate transitions from Mead to MeadWestvaco and then to NewPage. Jeremy has worked as a field forester specializing in operations management, as well as in a landowner outreach position and as a procurement forester. Jeremy joined Hancock Land in January of 2006 and worked on various projects including stumpage acquisition, supply partner networking and project engineering. He is a licensed professional forester in both Maine and New Hampshire. In the Winter of 2007, Jeremy partnered with others at Hancock Land Company to establish the separate company of Integrated Forest Management, where he serves as a Vice President of Forestry.

Aaron Drake

Vice President GIS/IT & Certification

Aaron graduated from the University of Maine in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management with a concentration in GIS and Remote Sensing. In 1996, Aaron worked as a GIS Analyst for Rust Environment and Infrastructure’s Boca Raton, FL office, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waste Management, in support of their water/waste water management services. Starting in 1997, Aaron spent the next six years as the GIS Manager for MeadWestvaco’s 660,000 acres of forestland in Maine and New Hampshire. As a result of the sale of MeadWestvaco’s New England region forestland in 2003, Aaron began work for The Forest Technology Group in Charleston, SC. While there he served as the Migration Coordinator and as a Customer Service Representative for clients using the web-based webFRIS(tm) forest management application. Aaron joined the Hancock Land team in March of 2006 and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s GIS and IS resources. He also served as the coordinator for land management certification projects. In the Winter of 2007, Aaron joined Integrated Forest Management, where he serves as the Vice President of GIS/IT & Certification.
